Solar PV Switch
Mixergy X cylinders are engineered to heat only what the home needs and only partially heat the water inside. Connecting it with an existing third-party solar diverter will make the most of solar power consumption and reduce overall hot water energy consumption.
- Compatible with most major solar diverter manufacturers (such as Solar iBoost or Myenergi Eddi)
- Control how much power to send to your Mixergy X using third-party solar diverter controls.
- Combine this with additional energy sources, such as gas or a heat pump, to maximise home energy setup.
Technical specifications
The Mixergy solar PV Switch is an intermediary relay device which allows external 3rd party PV diverters to be integrated with the Mixergy cylinder and share use of the primary immersion. Under idle conditions, immersion control is given to the PV diverter. Whenever the Mixergy controller calls for heat through the immersion via boost or a scheduled heating event, control of the immersion is switched away from the PV diverter and given to the Mixergy controller.

Installing Mixergy
The PV Switch Kit is easy to install and will work alongside the Heat Pump Kit. Combined with a 25-year warranty on our cylinders, Mixergy products are prepared for whatever the future holds.
Requirements
- You must hold a current G3 qualification to install unvented hot water cylinders.

Delivery and Payment
When checking out, you will have the option of delivering to a different address. If you want delivery directly to your customer, please provide their contact details, and our delivery partner will contact them.
